The State of Hawaiʻi Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Commission has just released the draft of the very first State Climate Action Pathways (CAP) Report — a roadmap designed to guide Hawaiʻi toward a more resilient, affordable, and thriving future while meeting our climate goals through reduced greenhouse gas emissions.
This is an important moment, and your manaʻo is essential. The CAP will only be as strong as the voices and perspectives that shape it, and this talk story is a chance for our Kauaʻi community to weigh in together.
